Agua by Agua Bendita accepts returns on unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with all original tags and hygiene liners attached within 30 days of delivery. We strive to ensure your handcrafted pieces fit perfectly, offering seamless processing for both returns and size exchanges.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the Agua by Agua Bendita garment tags and security seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and attach it firmly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival.
